• Designation, announcement, and signage as the host of either the Wednesday Reception Dinner or Thursday Dinner (choose one).
• Complimentary registration for up to (2) persons to attend all meeting & social functions (excluding Board business update) which gives sponsor ability to participate and have full access to “mingle” with Group during both days of meeting.
• Opportunity to make a (10-15) minute welcome address at your hosted event.
• Allowed to attend the business break-out sessions.
• Premium tabletop display location throughout meeting.

Gold Sponsor – Fee: $7,750
Limited to (5) sponsors per meeting

• Opportunity to make a 10 minute promotional presentation to the Group in the main session. If Gold Sponsor chooses not to present, that is acceptable, but Meeting Host needs to know at least 60 Days prior to the meeting. Content must be ready 30 Days prior to the meeting.
• Complimentary registration for up to (2) persons to attend all meeting & social functions (excluding Board business update) which gives sponsor ability to participate and have full access to “mingle” with Group during both days of meeting.

Exhibitor Sponsor – Fee: $3,900

• Announcement of sponsorship by meeting host.
• Tabletop display throughout meeting.
• Complimentary registration for one (1) person to attend social functions – this gives sponsor access to “mingle” during social events (Wednesday reception and Thursday dinner) and participate in all other meeting meals and breaks.
• Sponsors can pay $525 each for additional persons to attend meeting social functions – this gives sponsor access to “mingle” during social events only (Wednesday reception and Thursday dinner) and participate in all other meals and breaks.
• A list of meeting attendees and contact information.
• Sponsorship acknowledgement in attendee materials.
• Sponsorship acknowledgement on ICE Group Website until next meeting.

Cancellation Policy

A. CANCELLATION OF SPONSOR REGISTRATION PRIOR TO ANNUAL MEETING
Should a registered sponsor be unable to occupy and use the space contracted for The ICE Group annual meeting and the ICE Group is notified within 90 calendar days prior to the beginning of the event, all sums paid by the sponsor will be returned with the exception of an administrative fee based on:

· If sponsorship is paid by credit card, there will be a 3% cancellation fee.

· If sponsorship is paid by check there will be a $50 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be made if notice of cancellation is received less than 45 calendar days prior to the beginning of the ICE Group annual meeting.

B. FAILURE TO SHOW
If a sponsor fails to appear as agreed without cancelling within 90 calendar days as prescribed above, then the sponsor forfeits the registration fees paid and shall not be entitled to any refunds.

C. CANCELLATION OF EVENT
If the ICE Group Annual Meeting is cancelled due to any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the ICE Group, all payments made by Sponsor for the exhibitor fee will be refunded to Sponsor, which shall be the sole and exclusive liability of the ICE Group.
