ICE Group Members,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2026 Annual ICE Group Meeting, scheduled for September 22nd through 24th at Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Diego California!
A special thank you goes to Matt Brown and the team at Jackson & Blanc for their tremendous effort in preparing to host us. Matt and his team have done an outstanding job putting this meeting together, and we’re grateful for their hard work and hospitality.
This marks our 12th year as The ICE Group and it has been an exciting journey! Together, we’ve built the most productive and impressive collaboration of top-tier technical mechanical service providers in our industry. I’m honored and humbled to be part of this extraordinary group. Your engagement, interaction, and selfless support of one another in tackling complex challenges make this group truly special.
Looking ahead to September, our Technical Committee and Business Agenda Committee are preparing an exceptional program. Matt will continue to keep you updated as the agenda is finalized. I’m personally looking forward to experiencing San Diego in the fall, hearing from our keynote speaker Dan Cnossen, a former Navy Seal and American hero, and sharing updates on our strategic initiatives following our outstanding planning sessions this past April. This year’s meeting is shaping up to be outstanding.
Finally, a genuine thank you to our sponsors. Their partnership and commitment make this event possible, and their support is invaluable to the continued success of The ICE Group.
We’re confident this year’s meeting will be an enriching and inspiring experience for all. Your participation is what makes The ICE Group truly exceptional, and we look forward to welcoming you to San Diego this September.
Warmest regards,
Jeff Terrill

Conveniently located within walking distance of both the Gaslamp Quarter and Seaport Village, the conference location places attendees steps away from the city’s best restaurants, waterfront views, entertainment, and nightlife.
Closer to the conference, we’ll share recommended gathering locations and meetup spots where attendees can continue conversations and enjoy the evening together. This is the perfect way to close out the conference experience together!
